Chop’d is on a mercy mission to bring delicious real food into real busy lives. Healthy eating does not mean suffering at the altar of self-denial. All of the salads, soups and breakfasts at Chop’d are freshly prepared in the store every morning. The fresher they are, the better they taste and the better they are for you. Welcome to everyday healthy.

The Chop’d Way

Good fresh food needn’t cost the earth and as part of our commitment to using sustainable methods and local produce, we believe in using quality ingredients. That’s why our barn-reared chicken is sourced from an independent farm in Essex where they are raised according to red tractor standards. The chicken is then traditionally roasted at a specialist site in London before it is delivered daily to our shops, no additives or salt.
